Overview
Because your input is essential to the success of your project, we begin by carefully listening to your needs, understanding your outdoor activities and your long-term plans. Working together in partnership, we help you to clarify your ultimate desires and turn your dreams into reality. Should it be necessary, we will also work and coordinate with your architect, interior designer and builder.

Introductory Meeting (back to top)
When you call us, we will set up a complimentary, initial consultation at a time that is convenient for you.

Chris Roma, landscape architect and owner, will sit down with you, listen to your ideas for your outdoor living space, and take a look at your environment. Chris will also show previous work, discuss your wish-list of landscape elements and answer questions pertaining to our services.

Preliminary Design & Budgeting (back to top)
We partner with you to design a plan that will address your site issues and will be a beautiful expression of your tastes and lifestyle. Your plan will be based on these 4 critical criteria: 1) appropriateness 2) extension of architecture 3) your needs and 4) your desires.

If you decide to invest in your project, we begin with a Letter of Agreement for Preliminary Conceptual Design & Budgeting which entails:

  • Pre Design: site survey/analysis, and base sheet
  • Preliminary Planning: initial schematic concept plan(s), thumbnail sketches, beginning budget range estimate(s), and review meeting for your design and budget input
  • Conceptual Planning & Program Refinement: concept development plan; perspective(s), elevation(s), section(s), plant palette photos, final budget estimate, review meeting
